Driven by both calling and lived purpose, Jairae Taylor, Founder of Oasis Evolve Inc., is dedicated to empowering women and families to heal, rebuild, and thrive especially those overcoming the trauma of domestic violence. She holds a degree in Business Administration and serves as a Certified Community Health Outreach Worker.

With 10 years of experience in healthcare, Jairae recognized the urgent need to bridge the gap between crisis intervention and long-term stability for families in need.

Jairae is a songwriter, musical artist, poet, and author who uses her voice as a powerful tool for advocacy and healing. Through music, spoken word, writing, and public speaking, she addresses traumatic experiences, speaks on prevention, and teaches families how to advocate for themselves and their children. Her work emphasizes breaking dysfunctional cycles and educating families on the importance of growth, safety, healthy relationships, and strong family bonding.
